You will be given a remote for the electric community gate. You will be sent or advised where to pick up the house keys, which will provide the community entrance gate access code.

Turning on the services

If the power is off, the mains switch is behind the entrance door. A picture is covering the fuse box. The main switch is furthest to the right. If it keeps tripping unscrew all outside light bulbs as they may get wet.

The water is turned on in each wet room.

The hardest taps to find are in the kitchen. They are above the wall mounted cupboards on the left. The hot water boiler is electric and needs plugging in. It is found wall mounted in the utility room.

Please turn off all services when you leave.

Rubbish

There is a large green commercial wheelie bin opposite the community entrance gate. Please deposit all household rubbish here.

Eating out locally

You cannot beat the beach restaurants such as Podium and Copacabana. Walk along Calle Frankfurt to Calle Madrid and then onto the beach. The Italian and Spanish restaurants on the A340 next to the garden centre are definitely worth a visit.

Supermarkets (Supermercado)

There are two on the A340 within walking distance and a convenience store at the top of Calle Frankfurt on the other side of the roundabout.

When you leave

Turn off all services, lock up all doors and give the keys as directed.
